Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
Agreement
By installing or using the LeadMapsHub Chrome extension or visiting leadmapshub.com ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Seven Systems ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of LeadMapsHub.
Service Description
LeadMapsHub is a Chrome browser extension that helps users extract publicly visible business information from Google Maps — including business names, phone numbers, addresses, websites, ratings, and reviews — and export that data to CSV, Excel, or JSON formats. The Service requires a Google account for authentication.
Free and Paid Plans
The Service is offered under the following plans:
- Free — limited to 50 leads per month at no cost. No payment required.
- Pro — one-time payment for 500 leads per month.
- Agency — one-time payment for unlimited leads per month.
Plan limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused leads do not roll over.
Payment Terms
- Paid plans are charged as a one-time payment. There are no recurring subscriptions.
- All prices are in USD and are charged at the time of purchase.
- Refunds: We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the extension does not work as described. After 30 days, all sales are final. To request a refund, email sevensystems07@gmail.com with your order details.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already made.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or abuse monthly lead limits.
- Use automated scripts or bots to artificially inflate usage counts.
- Use the Service in a way that violates Google's Terms of Service or any applicable laws or regulations.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.
- Use extracted data for spam, unsolicited contact, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, or CAN-SPAM).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension or its authentication systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
Data You Extract
LeadMapsHub extracts publicly visible information from Google Maps. You are solely responsible for how you use that data. You must ensure your use of extracted data complies with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations in your jurisdiction. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of data extracted from Google Maps.
Intellectual Property
The LeadMapsHub name, logo, extension code, and website content are the property of Seven Systems. You may not use our branding or copy our product without written permission. You retain all rights to the data you export using the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that extracted data will be accurate or complete. Google Maps may change its structure at any time, which could temporarily affect the extension's functionality.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seven Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. We are not liable for any disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control, including changes to Google Maps' platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where Seven Systems operates.
